I Have no idea what this blog is going to be about.
Right now I think I'm going to use it as a place to put my thoughts about Fashion and such.
A little background for those of you in the future who are looking back to when I didn't have anyone reading my blog and want to know how and why I started blogging.
First off, The name of the Blog. I am Friends with Laura Lawson Visconti. I've known her since I was in Middle School. I think most people who follow blogs would know who she is but for those who don't, go find her on instagram and from there you can find her blog. Her name on instagram is lauralawsonvisconti.
Second, What my life is doing right now; I am about to start my first year of fashion school. I have been interested in fashion since I was very young. I started dressing myself at 18 months.
Anyone who is interested in my views on fashion, I have a Pinterest account and I would start there because I will be referencing my fashion boards a lot.
I'm going to try and post on a regular basis so we'll see if that happens.
xoxo Hannah

Lost and Found
Reuniting with people is hard.
A couple of years ago I reunited with this guy I knew in grade school. I knew him when I still lived in St. Louis, Missouri and I have since moved to California.
The funny thing about not talking to someone for 5 years when you're still a kid is that nothing is the same when you find each other again.
I met him in 2nd grade and I left town immediately after 5th grade. I didn't talk to him again until grade 10. By this point we no longer had baby faces and we could only sort of make out who we used to be.
The reason I'm bringing up this topic is because I just recently started working at Starbucks and I realized I went to sixth grade with one of my coworkers. Its funny because we only really knew each other in the summer preceding sixth grade. I dont think he remembers me but I remember him.
Summer before sixth grade we were at a summer camp and it was like one of the last weeks of camp. We were on the bus either going to Water World or Great America, and I was sitting in the seat behind him with my friend.
My friend said; "hey Steve, you like Hannah, right?"
and he replied; "I guess"
She then asked; "Hannah, Do you like Steve?"
and I said; "I guess"
So she said something like; "Okay, now you're together."
Our "Relationship" lasted 1 day. A great feat I think for two almost 6th graders.
Having been in a good relationship since then I have determined a few things about Steve and I.
1.) We weren't very good at communicating
2.) There was no respect either way
3.) Our relationship was doomed from the start
Anyway, Reuniting with people is hard, partly because I'm socially awkward but mostly because the people you are reuniting with are never the people you knew before.
A Lot can change in 5-7 years.
Keep it groovy,
Hannah

Vloggers
Sometimes I think I want to start a vlog. I have a friend that makes videos.
I imagine most of my life is spent on the internet and some portion of that time is spent on youtube. I dont know how many people know about charlieissocoollike but he has a really interesting point of view on how he believes vlogging should be done. He doesn't post videos very often but when he does they are always perfection. Charlie sticks to a nice and concise video with one set goal or achievement in mind. If he has unplanned, unscripted ideas for the video, he either makes a new video or replans the original video entirely. He is consistently well organized and he is always prepared for the task at hand. Something Charlie has realized which is something I dont see in many vloggers is that there is not a time limit for how long you can spend making a 3-5 minute video. I really respect the fact that he is not lazy with what he does and he never puts out a product that is unsatisfactory, not only to himself but to his viewers as well.
Another youtuber that I follow is grav3yardgirl. I really enjoy her videos even though they run longer than those put out by Charlie. I call her video style the Rambler. This may sound bad but when done right it turns out really compelling. Essentially she keeps her videos interesting by cutting out overly off topic content but keeping the video filled with a sense of conversation and 'real people' interaction. I think this method only really works when you have a specific selling point that keeps the viewer intrigued such as an interesting sense of style like that of Bunny/Grav3yardgirl.
When Rambling goes wrong, meaning that nothing is cut or it seems as though nothing is cut, it turns into the style or appearance of a Lazy Vlogger.
The lazy vloggers, as far as I can tell, follow a particular method when vlogging. I call it the
One Fell Swoop method. This essentially means that they either do it all at once or not at all. They often have parts of their video that is them talking to themselves or saying something that is not video relevant. This method doesn't include much in the way of planning ahead and little to no use of re-filming.
I dont usually put up with lazy vloggers because, since I watch Charlie and Bunny, I know vloggers and bloggers alike have no real reason not to take their time with the product they hope to put out. The wonderful thing about computers is that you can save something and pick it up later. This allows for the time and care to be put into the product they are creating.
As much as I envy those who are good/successful at vlogging, I know that for me personally it is easier to get my thoughts across in written form. This is the reason I chose blogging versus vlogging.
Go check out the channels I listed, they are quality.
Thanks for Reading. :)

First Impressions
My friend is a blogger. She is great at writing and her words inspire. She is inspiring...
Maybe I could be a blogger. I have tried a few times. It never really panned out. I would start with a basic idea.
- My psychological view on my high school classmates -
I was a high schooler then, going to a special needs school, and frankly I found it intriguing.
I would talk to the school psychologists and get advice, kind of see if my ideas were sound.
I think my problem was that I was to intent on sticking to the focus. What I really need to do is write what I feel, when I feel it. Treat it as a diary not a teaching tool.
Additionally I have a problem with motivation and procrastination. Maybe you can see my problem...
I dont want this to seem like a negative blog and if by chance someone is reading this, just know that I am a pleasant person. I wanted to give you and idea of who I am, before I start ranting/excitedly chirping about Doctor Who or Supernatural.
I am a self proclaimed Superwholockian.
I feel like I might be losing track of the point of this post.
Here is a little bit about myself.
I love to take pictures but I do not have a camera, and I am a huge fan of television in general. I love technology and I love Macintosh Computers.
My Grammar is not necessarily the best but I enjoy words and writing so I hope you will let me know if I screw up.
In general I am writing this blog because I want to and because I am inspired by my friend who has made a living out of writing. How cool would that be? Truly doing what you love and getting sponsors in order to be able to live off that passion.
In closing, I enjoy writing and I hope you like reading this.
Have a nice day :)
